Art therapy promotes healing and self-expression through creative processes. Starting March 2st, our 12-day online program offers structured sessions designed to encourage emotional well-being and personal growth. Participants will explore various art forms guided by professional techniques, enhancing mental health and creativity.
Our main goal is to foster emotional healing and stress reduction through artistic expression. Each session focuses on building self-awareness, improving mental resilience, and enhancing creativity. We aim to create a safe and supportive environment for participants to explore their feelings and develop coping skills.
The 12-day program is structured with daily 15-minute sessions, Each session builds progressively to deepen participants' engagement with art therapy techniques, fostering a balanced connection between your life and body within a supportive environment.
